No Hunting in White Birch Lakes Recreational Association

Hunting (firearm or bow and arrow), trapping or discharging of firearms is prohibited in all sections of WBLRA. Persons who hunt or discharge firearms on their own property or within the boundaries of WBLRA will be reported to the proper authorities and legal action will be taken.

Thank you for protecting our safety and natural wildlife.

Although a private gated community, White Birch Lakes Recreational Association is not responsible for monitoring, insuring or securing dwellings, property or the personal belongings of its members or their guests. All properties within the Association are deeded and subject to land use restrictions. All persons acquiring property within the Association agree to abide by these restrictions as well as pay a yearly maintenance fee per eligible lot owned.
