HORSEBACK RIDING

Horseback riding is allowed on roadways and trails as may be designated by the Board of Directors.
Horses shall be thoroughly broken and properly restrained, and ridden with due care.
Members shall notify the office prior to bringing in a horse.
Horses may be tethered and hobbled overnight, with permission, on member’s property only.
Horses are not allowed on beaches, playgrounds or in the campground.

Although a private gated community, White Birch Lakes Recreational Association is not responsible for monitoring, insuring or securing dwellings, property or the personal belongings of its members or their guests. All properties within the Association are deeded and subject to land use restrictions. All persons acquiring property within the Association agree to abide by these restrictions as well as pay a yearly maintenance fee per eligible lot owned.
