CAMPING INFORMATION

Camping on Member Lots

Per our Covenants and Restrictions camping on lots owned by White Birch members is allowed from the start of Memorial Day Weekend through October 31st.

Section H of the Covenants & Restrictions reads:

H. Restrictions on Camping

1.      Camping shall be allowed without the necessity of a permit each year from the beginning of Memorial Day weekend through October 31, and at such other times during the year (“off-season camping”) only in accordance with permits issued by the Board of Directors of the White Birch Lakes Recreation Association (“Association”). The granting of such permits to not be unreasonably withheld, but which will not, in any event, permit off-season camping for any landowner for a duration of more that fourteen (14) consecutive days. 

2.      Each camping unit must meet Health Department requirements.

3.      All camping units must be set back at least 100 feet from any road. 

4.      All lots where camping takes place must have an approved fire ring.

5.      All campers must comply with these Conditions. 

6.      The Association will enforce these conditions.

 

Camping in White Birch Campground

Adopted  2/14/2005 

  1. All campers must be registered to camp
  2. A camping registration slip must be made out at all times (winter & summer)
  3. Collection should be made at time of setting up camp. This can be done at the office or at the pool.
  4. Campground personnel or security can also collect camping fees.
  5. When collection is made: the yellow slip must be returned to the office for filing to provide a record.
  6. The white copy will be placed by the camper on the post at the campsite as a receipt.

CAMPGROUND $100/ SEASON

STORAGE AREA $50/SEASON 

 MEMBERS MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING TO RESERVE STORAGE SPACE 

UNITS LEFT PLUGGED IN WILL BE CHARGED FOR ELECTRICITY $10/DAY

To register for a campsite please call the White Birch office at 989-588-2853, email the Manager at manager@whitebirch.org. (you will be contacted to confirm your reservation and given the campsite number(s) to use).
