Policies
White Birch Lakes Recreational Association is a Member based, 501(c)(7) nonprofit organization, which collects assessments to cover expenses related to maintenance and upkeep of the Member owned commons. We are required to abide by all Federal, State, County, Local laws and those which apply to organizations of this type.
We are also governed by our Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Covenants and Restrictions.
