Policies
White Birch Lakes Recreational Association is a Member based, 501(c) (7) nonprofit organization, which collects assessments for the purpose of maintaining Member owned commons and for the promotion of recreational activities. We are required to abide by all Federal, State, County, Local laws and those which apply to organizations of this type.
We are also governed by our Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Covenants and Restrictions.
