White Birch Lakes Recreational Association is a private Member based, 501(c) (7) not-for-profit organization, which charges and collects yearly assessments for the purpose of maintaining Member owned commons and for the promotion of recreational activities. WBLRA is required to abide by all Federal, State, County, Local laws and those which apply to organizations of this type.

WBLRA is governed by our Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Covenants and Restrictions.

Although a private gated community, White Birch Lakes Recreational Association is not responsible for monitoring, insuring or securing dwellings, property or the personal belongings of its members or their guests. All properties within the Association are deeded and subject to land use restrictions. All persons acquiring property within the Association agree to abide by these restrictions as well as pay a yearly maintenance fee per eligible lot owned.
